salt cave etiquette

Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your session to get settled and use the restroom. Once the door to the salt cave is closed, we ask that you do not leave the room until the session is completed unless there is an emergency.

• Wear something comfortable that you don't mind getting a little dusting of dry salt on. Don't worry, it shakes right off.
• Bring a pair of clean white socks to wear in the cave, as shoes are not allowed.  
• Please refrain from wearing perfume or strong scents, as some people may be sensitive.

We offer secure lockers to store your shoes, electronics and small personal belongings as these items are not allowed inside the salt cave.  Please refrain from bringing large purses or bags with you.

• No food, chewing gum, or drinks (including water) are allowed inside the salt cave.
• It's recommended to shower before your session to remove any oils or lotions that could damage the salt.  
• The salt cave is a silent zone, so please refrain from talking or making noise. 
• Do not touch, throw, or lick the salt floors or walls, as moisture and oils can damage them. 
•  Practice deep breathing, inhaling through your nose, to get the full benefits of the dry salt aerosol. 
•  Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult guardian at all times. 

 Drink plenty of water after your session to help flush out toxins.  

• If you have any health conditions or concerns, consult with your doctor before attending a salt cave session.  
• If you are experiencing a contagious illness, it is recommended to refrain from attending salt cave sessions until you are no longer contagious. 

Our cancellation policy requires 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling, with a fee charged for last-minute cancellations or no-shows, of 50% of the service fee.
