•  Individual Appointments: Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a 50% charge, minus a 3% credit card processing fee.
   
• Group Appointments: Cancellations for groups of 2 or more require at least 1 week’s notice to avoid charges.
   
• No-Shows: Missed appointments will be charged the full amount.
   
• Rescheduling: You may reschedule appointments without penalty, subject to availability.
