Judy "Kaliora" Espaillat

In 2014, I experienced a spiritual awakening that set me on a profound holistic healing journey. It began with an energy healing circle led by Marina Maurino of Reflecting Truth. Within those circles, I discovered parts of myself that had never surfaced for healing before, opening my eyes to the transformative power of life force energy. This foundational experience inspired me to deepen my personal and spiritual growth. Under the mentorship of Jacqueline Osborne, I developed tools to tap into my intuition, elevate my consciousness, and connect directly with higher guidance and master teachers.

I began practicing Reiki in 2019, embracing this Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that promotes healing through the laying on of hands, based on the concept of universal life force energy. As a certified Reiki Master Teacher, I have achieved the highest level of training in this system, enabling me not only to channel Reiki energy for healing and personal growth but also to teach and initiate others into this transformative practice.

In 2022, I became a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach after graduating from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN), one of the world’s most respected schools in nutrition and health coaching. This experience sparked a vision of opening a wellness center designed to bridge the gap between traditional and holistic medicine, ultimately enriching the quality of life for those seeking a more integrative approach to health.

In addition to my work as a Reiki Master Teacher and health coaching, I am also a certified reflexologist, sound healer, and Access Bars® practitioner, which allows me to offer a diverse range of healing modalities tailored to each individual’s needs.

As a lifelong allergy and asthma sufferer, discovering the natural healing benefits of salt therapy, or halotherapy, was deeply personal and transformative. It became clear to me that, alongside energy healing and coaching, I was called to create a wellness space that incorporates halotherapy—helping others find relief and healing in the same way I have.

The name Kaliora did not arrive all at once—it unfolded like a gentle remembering. During a period of deep self-discovery and energetic awakening, I felt called to shed old layers and step into a higher expression of myself as an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach. In meditation, I kept hearing a soft, melodic sound—Ka-li-o-ra—a vibration that felt ancient, familiar, and aligned with my soul.

As I sat with it, the meaning revealed itself:

“Kali” carried the energy of transformation, truth, and fierce feminine empowerment.

“Ora” resonated as light, breath, and divine guidance.

Together, Kaliora became a name that symbolizes rebirth, intuitive wisdom, and the power to illuminate others on their healing path through practices like halotherapy and Reiki.

It felt less like choosing a name and more like remembering one I had carried across lifetimes.

Since embracing the name Kaliora, my work has deepened. My intuition sharpened, my energy work as a Reiki Master Teacher expanded, and my purpose became clearer—to help others reconnect to their inner light, trust their spiritual gifts, and rise into who they were always meant to be.

Kaliora is not just a name.

It is a frequency.

A calling.

A reminder to live guided by spirit, aligned with truth, and illuminated from within.
