Little ones get to explore, create, and unwind through a playful blend of arts and crafts, gentle guided imagery, and kid-friendly salt therapy. Children can make fun projects that spark their imagination or settle into calming visualizations designed to soothe their minds and nurture emotional well-being. We also feature a smaller, kid-friendly salt cave where children can play while enjoying the benefits of salt therapy—like easier breathing and natural relaxation—which support a peaceful, healthy experience. It’s a joyful, holistic space where creativity, mindfulness, and wellness come together just for kids.
Kid's SALT CAVE
Our Kid’s Salt Cave is a cozy, playful wellness space designed just for children.
Filled with soft lighting, gentle music, and a floor of therapeutic Himalayan salt—imported from the Himalayan Mountains in Pakistan—it creates a calming environment where kids can play, explore, and relax. As they dig, build, and imagine in the salt, they naturally inhale microscopic salt particles that help support respiratory health, ease congestion, and promote cleaner breathing. The mineral-rich air can also soothe the skin and encourage deeper relaxation, making the experience both fun and beneficial.
It’s a safe, nurturing space where wellness feels like play and children can enjoy the healing atmosphere of salt therapy in a way that’s engaging and age-appropriate.

Angela has had a diverse and fulfilling career path. She began in technical sales, working in ophthalmology, pharmaceuticals, and industrial sectors, before transitioning into the field of education where she spent the majority of her professional life. Over the years, she has worked with students ranging from Pre-K through high school seniors, bringing a unique and holistic approach to the classroom. Angela often incorporated practices such as deep breathing, meditation, and guided imagery, which proved especially effective in helping students manage anxiety and fears.
