Fully Equipped Therapy Suite
A fully furnished private treatment room measuring 10 × 11 within our wellness center, designed for one-on-one client sessions in a calm and professional setting. The room includes a massage table, towel warmer, red light and infrared therapy equipment, and a heated massage table pad. The massage table can also be repositioned to transform the space into a consultation or talk-based setting, offering flexibility for a range of wellness modalities. All you need to do is bring your own linens and any additional materials required for your practice.
Weekday Use (Monday–Friday before 5pm) Rates:
- Hourly: $35/hour (2-hour minimum, up to 4 hours)
- Per Diem (Full Day / Multi-Hour Use): $150
We can also offer preferred pricing for extended bookings—please inquire for details and availability.
Evening and weekend bookings are also available upon request.
Private Practice Studio
A private, unfurnished treatment room measuring 12 × 8, designed for practitioners who want to create and customize their own dedicated healing space within our wellness center. This quiet, professional setting is ideal for long-term use and consistent client care.
Perfect for massage therapists, acupuncturists, Reiki practitioners, estheticians, counselors, and other wellness professionals looking to build or expand their practice in a calm and supportive environment.
This room is available for monthly rental at $950/month, allowing you the flexibility to design and furnish the space according to your modality and client experience.
