Johanna is a yoga teacher, meditation guide, and sound healer originally from England. After beginning her yoga and meditation journey in 2012, she has trained extensively in hatha-flow yoga, chair yoga, yoga for cancer, Parkinson’s and MS, children’s yoga, Reiki, meditation, and integral sound healing.
Known for her gentle humor, warmth, and deeply calming presence, Johanna weaves movement, guided imagery, meditation, and Tibetan singing bowls into her classes and sessions. Her passion is to offer an inclusive, embodied yoga experience that helps students relax, heal, and reconnect—whether on the mat or in a chair.
